This is the outdoor pool at SAHARA Las Vegas, on the Strip at the north end. In your maps or rideshare app, search "SAHARA Las Vegas" and get dropped at the main entrance, then follow signs through the casino to the pool. Self-parking is free, and the SAHARA has its own monorail station. It is an outdoor poolside show, so dress for the weather.
